Email Submission

To submit a photograph by email, attach your image file to a new message and send it to our submissions address. Your email must include the category, image title, and a short description in the message body. Files must be JPEG, PNG, or GIF and must be under 1MB. Put the category in the subject line (e.g., "Muscle Cars — Camaro Burnout"). We will reply to confirm receipt. This method is useful if you prefer to send attachments directly from your phone or desktop mail client. Please avoid sending extremely large raw files; use export settings to keep the file size under the hosting limit while maintaining visual quality.

If you prefer a form, services like EmailMeForm provide a simple file-upload widget that can send files to our mailbox. To use a third-party form, follow their account setup, then add the provided embed code into this page. Make sure to include instructions telling submitters to include category, title, and description. If using a third-party vendor we will add a link back to the hosting page per project rules so judges can view the form if needed. Remember to always include appropriate alt/title attributes when images are uploaded to our gallery.
